Glenn Beall

Obituary
Mr. Glenn Edward Beall, 80, of Mendenhall, MS, passed away on March 12, 2023. Glenn leaves behind his loving wife of 33 years, Jo Beall; 2 daughters; Angie Pennington of McKinney, TX, and Laury Pierce (Zach) of Atoka, TN, and a son; Heath Beall, of Florence, MS; 7 grandchildren, Mitchell Beall, Chris Beall (Keiara), Kassie Pennington Stieben (Rylan), Jack Pennington, Austin Beall, Alexis Pierce, and Zane Pierce; 2 Brothers, Jimmy Beall (Ouida) of Raymond, MS and Delton Beall (Jeannie) of Benton, MS; Nephew Larry Beall, Jr and a host of other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Glenn Beall, Jr, his parents, L. L. and Gertrude Beall, and 2 brothers, Bobby Beall and Larry Beall.
Glenn graduated in 1960 from Forest Hill High School in Jackson, MS and served in the United States Air Force with Strategic Air Command for four years. Glenn worked 33 years with AT&T-Lucent/ Nokia as a Program Technician. He retired in 2002 but continued in Communication Consultation part-time.
Glenn traveled the world and was an avid college sports fan. He enjoyed working on his farm and loved his family. He was the founder of "Beall Farm Self-help Rehab", aka, his back porch. Many hours of rest and relaxation and lots of laughter were shared on his porch.
Glenn, was a member of Alta Woods Baptist Church for many years and in his early years was a teacher of the "Formally Married Class".
Funeral Services for Mr. Glenn Beall were held Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home, with Rev. Delton Beall officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions to be made to The Salvation Army.
